The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from HD Shisha. The terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and HD Shisha.

Your goods will, under normal circumstances, be dispatched within one week after we have received your order. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you when the item can be expected to be delivered.

WWW.HDSHISHA.DK is operated by HD Shisha 2 ApS, and is a private limited company.

DELIVERY PERIOD

If the ordered item is in stock, delivery normally takes place within 2-3 working days.

We deliver in Worldwide, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the rest of the world.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery of goods from HD Shisha is considered completed when the customer has received the item. All orders are shipped with GLS, unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and HD Shisha. Shipping is invoiced according to weight and size.

Shipping prices for Worldwide are from 49.99 DKK

All orders are sent as packages that include insurance and Track & Trace.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on HD Shisha's online store are in DKK, incl. 25% VAT. All payments on the website are made electronically and in DKK. HD Shisha reserves the right to change prices, correct typing errors, technical errors and sold-out items. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in the item's price.

We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.

When you pay with your credit card, we do not charge your account until we have dispatched your goods. The transaction is processed via PBS/Nets/Teller, and your information is encrypted with SSL encryption that meets all the security requirements set by PBS/Nets/Teller.

When you pay via bank transfer, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The provisions on defects in the Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months' right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a reduction in price depending on the specific situation. The complaint must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for postage so that we can reimburse your shipping costs. When you return the item, please describe the problem as thoroughly as possible.

We do not accept parcels without delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item, or receive the last item in physical possession when the contract concerns multiple different items ordered in one order and delivered separately.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to info@hdshisha.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form. In your notification you must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving us clear notice of this.

Returns

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that have been clearly personalized.

Condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store, but you may not put it into actual use.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal you will only receive part or none of the purchase price back depending on the commercial value of the item.

Refund of the purchase price

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get back the amount you have paid to us. In the case of a loss in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
