Personal data

Personal data is any kind of information that in some way can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process such information. This happens f.eks. through general access to content, subscription to newsletters, participation in competitions or surveys, registration as a user or subscriber, purchases via the website or other use of the website's services.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, as well as which pages you click on (m.a.o. your interests). To the extent you give explicit consent and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: name, phone number, email, address and payment information. This is typically in connection with creating a login or when making purchases.

The information is retained for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore it is not possible to provide a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, disclosed, lost, degraded or coming to the attention of unauthorized persons, being misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user, show you the ads that are most likely relevant to you, record your purchases and payments, be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as f.eks. sending a newsletter, and to optimize our services and content.

What information is collected

Website: Our hosting company, Speedio, is the data processor.

Contact form: Used to contact us via our website.

Purchases on the webshop: First name, last name, address, phone number, email, country. We wish to point out that we are the data controller.

Please note that you alone are responsible for the personal data about you that you provide and enter being complete.

Payment information: Credit card information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone, neither us nor any external third party.

Payment is made via Quickpay, where the following are provided: Card number, expiration date, CVV/CVD – We note that Quickpay is a data processor (payment gateway).

What we use your information for

Any information we collect from you may be used for one or more of the following purposes:

Our subcontractors and trusted third parties include bl.a.:

1. Our hosting company, which operates our domain and web hosting, and ensures that our webshop can function through an internet connection. Our hosting company is: Speedio. There is a data processing agreement with the company.
2. Our CRM/ERP system, which we bl.a. use for order processing, sales, purchasing, inventory management m.m.
3. Our accounting system, which we use to post transactions, store invoices and maintain accounting records.

Storage of data

No stored data is transferred, copied and/or restored outside the EU. All data processing takes place within the EU.

All data is stored in databases and files hosted in a data center in Worldwide. Automatic backups of data are performed daily for security reasons.

A copy of the customer information is also stored in our accounting system, hosted in a data center.

Request to change, restrict or delete personal data

You can at any time request to have personal data concerning you corrected, deleted or accessed, which will be done without undue delay.
